Who's spunkier - the geysers or the kids?

We took a trip to Yellowstone this past weekend with my mom, Jeffrey, Camie, a
nd Cody. It was very rainy, but that was okay because that meant we all had to pile in the motorhome, where we played games, talked, and stayed warm and dry. It was fun to just spend time with everyone. It even cleared up enough to go on a short loop around Old Faithful, which the kids thought was amazing. I went to Yellowstone almost every year growing up, so I think I always took it for granted, but when you take a step back, it really is an amazing place - with the natural features and the adundant wildlife. I love it.

This is Amari with her boyfriend, Cody. She loves him because he has a calming spirit and because he lets her do whatever she wants.

It's a little chilly! Amari came unprepared (can you imagine?!), so here she is donning my big sweatshirt.

This was kind of the last hurrah for Jeffrey before going to Utah State on Monday. It was nice to spend sometime with him. I am excited for him to go to college! I hope he has lots of fun.

I didn't realize you were at Yellowstone. That is so cool. I really like Amari's sweater. She looks very chic. I am very happy you have this blog. Very happy indeed.

I can't believe Jeffery is old enough to go to college. Remember when he ran with us when we were getting ready for the 10K? Wasn't he like 7 or something?

Looks like you had fun! How nice it is that you can take your family on a nice little trip like that with gma and uncles and aunts. I'm green--I want a motorhome :)
